PUCET 2024 Result (31st May), Score Card, Counselling – Check

PUCET 2024 Result will be declared on 31st May 2024. It will be released through online mode only. Panjab University, Chandigarh conducts the entrance test of PUCET every year to offer admission into various UG and PG level Programmes. Candidates must qualify the entrance test to get admission into various programmes offered in Engineering, Technology, Law, Computer Science, Arts, and Management etc. In this article we have provided all the details related to PUCET Result 2024.

PUCET 2024 Result – On 31st May (UG)

PUCET 2024 Result will be declared on 31st May 2024 for UG courses. Link will be given here. Click here to subscribe result alert.

PUCET 2024 Result will be published on the University website few days after the successful commencement of exams. Candidates will be able to view their result through online mode only as no separate result will be provided to the test takers.

A merit list will be published by the University after the result announcement. Merit will contain the names of candidates who will pass the examination and get shortlisted for counselling process. Shortlisted candidates will be then called for counselling process.

How to Check PUCET 2024 Result

To check the result of PUCET 2024, candidates must follow the given below steps:

• Visit the official portal of PUCET UG (link will be given above)
• Click on the examination results link and then click on ‘entrance result’ link.
• Now Click on the CET (PG) 2024 button.
• Result will be displayed on the screen for different courses in the pdf format.
• Download the result and take the print out of it for further use in admission process.

Details Present in PUCET 2024 Scorecard

The Scorecard of PUCET 2024 will contain/ the details of the candidate and his/her result of performance shown in the entrance test. Details present in the scorecard will contain:

• Candidate’s Roll Number
• Category of the Candidate
• Candidate’s Registration Number
• Rank of the candidates
• Marks Obtained by candidates
• Status of the candidate (Qualified or Not Qualified)

PUCET 2024 Merit List

PUCET 2024 Merit List will be published by the University for all the Programmes. Candidates have shortlisted in the merit list on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the entrance test. Those who have attained the minimum cut off marks (20% for General; 15% for ST/ SC/ PwD/ OBC) will be eligible for counselling.

Merit list/ result will be released on 31st May 2024 for UG courses and 15th July 2024 for PG. The final merit list will be prepared by the Institute on consideration of weightage and admission criteria. The list of ‘Qualified’ as well as ‘Not Qualified’ candidates will be released by the University.

PUCET 2024 Counselling

Candidates who will successfully clear the entrance exam with minimum cut off marks will be able to participate in the PUCET 2024 counselling round. It will be essential for the students to be present at the counselling venue in person with all the required documents.

Counselling will be started for UG courses through online mode. Necessary documents to be carried by the candidates at the time of counselling are listed below:

• PU- CET 2024 Rank card
• 10^th, 12 and Bachelor’s Mark sheet
• 10^th, 12^th and Bachelor’s Pass Certificate
• Caste certificate
• Transfer certificate from last institute attended
• Migration Certificate
• Medical Certificate
• Character certificate
• Several passport sized photographs, etc.

PUCET 2024 Result will be checked by the students through the University website. Admission into various programmes will be offered by the University on the basis of availability of seats and merit list prepared after the verification of documents.
