Candidates can exercise the counselling through online mode only. UBTER conducts the counselling in various rounds depending upon the availability of seats. Candidates are allotted the colleges only after the verification of all required documents.
Seat allotment for first round will be released in June/ July 2024. Candidates are advised to check the website on a daily basis for all updates. The complete schedule for the counselling is published on the website. There is no counselling fee to attend the counselling.
Candidates must fill the choice of college or courses as per their preferences. The intimation of printing the allotment letter is provided through SMS on the candidate’s registered mobile number.

Candidates must check the eligibility given below in order to be eligible for the counselling.
- It is compulsory to do registration on the website by making login ID/ Password for attending the counselling.
- If the candidate fail to produce the original documents on the day of document verification, then their admission will be cancelled.
- To avail any benefit of reservation category, candidates must hold the domicile of Uttarakhand state.

JEEP Counselling Procedure 2024
The JEEP counselling is conducted in various rounds. If, after the first round of counselling seats remains vacant in the participating institutions, then second round of counselling is conducted. Counselling Registration will start from June/ July 2024.
Students have to register & fill choices from 1st round. In the second round of counselling, candidates will be able to upgrade the seats. Candidates those who will not attend the first round of counselling can participate in the second and third round of counselling.
Candidates must check their result of counselling by login to the candidates portal. Candidates can get admission in the allotted college after verifying all original documents along with self attested two sets of photocopies.
Candidates must have to report the allotted college before the prescribed last date of admission.
