Allotment (Third Spot Round) has been released on 9th August 2024 for B.Tech/ Pharm (1st year). Examination has been scrapped from the year 2023. UKSEE stands for Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination organised by Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU). The UKSEE is organised every year for admission into various UG & PG courses.

Admission is provided into various courses such as B.Pharma, LLB, M.Tech, MCA, B.Tech LE, BHMCT, M.Pharma, MBA, etc. Qualified candidates will get admission at various Government or private institutions located in Uttarakhand state. UKSEE 2024 Application Form

Check details regarding the UKSEE 2024 application form below in the given section:

  • Candidates can submit the UKSEE 2024 application form from 12th June 2024.
  • The registration form has been made available through online mode only, no offline facility will be provided.
  • Candidates must verify all the details filled in the form, in case of any discrepancy form will cause rejection later.
  • Candidates are advised to fill all the details carefully, as the authority may or may not be provide the correction facility for rectification.
  • There will be no need to send any hardcopy of the application form by post to the conducting authority.
  • Candidates are advised to do not forget to take printout of the filled-in application form for further usage.

Documents Required:

Here we have provided some documents which will be needed while filling application form:

  • Latest Scanned Passport Size Photo
  • Class 10th/ 12th/ ITI Certificate Exam/ Diploma/ Graduation/ B.Tech/ Post Graduation Certificate/ Mark Sheet
  • Scanned signature of the candidate
  • Aadhar card number and a scanned copy etc.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.2000/- through online mode.
  • Debit card/ credit card/ net banking will be used to submit the fee etc.
  • Application fee will be non-refundable.

How to Fill UKSEE 2024 Application

  • Firstly, visit the online website (Link is given above).
  • Register yourself for the exam by providing basic details.
  • Now login using allotted details i.e. application number or date of birth.
  • Start filling out the application form with personal, communication, qualification, exam centre, etc. details.
  • Upload the scanned documents of photograph, signature, etc. in JPG/JPEG format.
  • Now select the payment mode and submit the application fee.
  • Before submitting the form, recheck the filled details in the form.
  • Take a hardcopy of form and keep it safe for future references.

UKSEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Go through the given below UKSEE Eligibility criteria before filling out the form:

B.Pharma (1st Year & LE):

  • Qualifying Exam: Candidates must passed their HSC (10+2) exams from any recognized state board.
  • Marks: Candidates must score minimum of 45% marks for general and 40% marks for reserved category candidates in the qualifying exam.
  • Subjects: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry as mandatory subjects along with one of Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology courses.
  • For Lateral Entry (Only for UK Domicile): The diploma exam in a program from an AICTE approved institution must passed with at least of 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates).

B.Tech (Lateral Entry) Course:

  • Qualifications: The candidates must have passed 3 year/ 2 year diploma exam from an AICTE approved institution.
  • Marks: Candidates should obtain 45% scores for general and 40% scores for reserved category candidates in the branch of engineering/ technology. OR
  • Applicant must passed B.Sc degree from recognized university as define by UGC with at least 45% marks for general and 40% marks for reserved category candidates.
  • Subjects: To apply for the exam, candidate must have passed class 12th with mathematics as a mandatory subject.

M.Tech Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have completed BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant field.
  • Marks: One should be passed with a minimum of 50% marks (general) and 45% marks (reserved) candidates in the qualifying exam.

MBA & MCA Course:

  • MCA: To apply for MCA course, candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS) with Mathematics as a course securing 50% marks and 40% marks for reserved category at class 12th level or graduate level.
  • MBA: Bachelor’s degree from recognised university securing 50% marks (general) and 40% marks (reserved category) first preference of admission will be given to CAT/MAT qualified candidates, then the vacant seats will be offered to UKSEE shortlisted candidates.

Answer: The registration form (provisional) has been released for various UG/ PG courses.

UKSEE 2024 Admit Card

The UKSEE admit card 2024 will not be released as the exam has been scrapped. Earlier, it was provided through online mode. The authority releases the admit card for those candidates who had successful registered for the exam.

To download the hall ticket, candidates were required to use their application number and date of birth in the online portal. It is an important document to bring carry on the day of exam. Without having a valid hardcopy of the admit card, candidates are allowed to sit in the exam hall.

UKSEE 2024 Answer Key

The answer key of UKSEE 2024 will not be released as the exam has been scrapped by the authority. Till the year 2022, the authority used to provide answer key through online mode on the website.

Appeared candidates in the examination were able to access the key through login details.

UKSEE 2024 Merit List

The UKSEE Result 2024 will not be declared by the authority as UKSEE exam has been scrapped.

The authority will not send any merit list to candidates through post or offline mode.

UKSEE 2024 Cut off

UKSEE 2024 cut off will be released by the authority after the declaration of allotment for various rounds at the time of counselling. It will be the minimum scored marks which will be released by the authorities to shortlist the candidates for the final admission procedure.

Candidates who will qualify the UKSEE cut-off scores will be shortlisted for the final merit list. Those candidates will be given final call for admission. It will be necessary for the candidates to obtain minimum cut off marks to participate in counselling procedure.

UKSEE 2024 Counselling

The UKSEE counselling process 2024 will be organised from the third week of July 2024. Only qualified candidates will be able to participate in the counselling process. It will be the last round for the admission procedure.

The counselling will consist of various steps including seat allotment process. Candidates will be allotted seats in various courses in Government or private colleges. Candidates will be required to bring their original documents for verification on the time of counselling.

Following are the documents that must be brought during the counselling procedure:

  • Class 10th marksheet
  • Class 12th mark sheet and pass certificate
  • Candidates caste certificate
  • Candidates physically challenged certificate
  • Candidates transfer/ migration certificate
  • Qualifying level Scorecard/ Result etc.
