Kota University 2024 Application Form has been extended till 31st August 2024 for various PG courses through online mode. UOK Kota was established in 2003 by the Government of Rajasthan which is in the state of Rajasthan. University is approved by UGC & accredited with a B grade by NAAC. There are more than 150 colleges which are affiliated from university of Kota. Admission will be provided to candidates in various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral level courses.

This university offers a range of academic programs across six faculties, namely, Arts, Commerce and Management, Education, Law, Science, and Social Science. Candidates will get admission based on merit or entrance examination scores. Admission is also provided on the basis of the other National Level entrance examination scores such as, XAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, CAT, ATMA, etc. Admission into MBA, M.Tech and MCA courses will be provided based on CMAT, GATE exam scores. For MSc., and LLM admission, university will conduct its own entrance examination.

Kota University 2024 Application Form

Candidates can go through the section below to know the Kota University 2024 application form details:

• The Kota University 2024 application form will be released in the last week of June 2024.
• Candidates will be able to submit and fill the application form through online mode, no offline facility will be provided.
• Before proceeding to fill the registration form, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria below.
• Start filling the application form with details such as academic qualification details, personal details, communication details, etc.
• After filling the form, it will be mandatory to upload the requisite documents such as photograph, signature, and other certificates in specific format.
• There will be no correction facility provided to make changes in the application form, so be careful while filing the details.
• Candidates will have to submit the application form before the last date i.e till the third week of June 2024.
• After the last date, university will deactivate the registration link from website.
• Recheck and review the filled details first and submit it on the website.
• Take a hardcopy of the application form and keep it safe till the admission procedure.

Application Fee:

• Candidates will have to submit the application fee through online mode.
• Rs. 500/- will be the application fee to submit.
• Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Kota University 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria before filling the application form:

 For B.Pharm. Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must pass class 10+2 level exam or equivalent from any recognised board will be eligible.
• Percentage: Candidates must score at least 55% marks in qualifying exam passed from Rajasthan State or bonafied resident of Rajasthan.
• From other state than Rajasthan or not a bonafied resident of Rajasthan must score at least 60% marks in qualifying exam to apply.
• Subjects: In qualifying exam, candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or PCMB as optional subjects individually to apply.

For M.Sc. Courses:

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must be graduated in B.Sc. or any bachelor’s degree from any recognised university.
• Percentage: Those candidates who belongs to Rajasthan state must score at least 55% marks in qualifying exam.
• Candidates from outside the Rajasthan state must score at least 60% marks in qualifying exam.

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must completed Graduation degree from B.Tech/ BE/ MSc/ from any recognised board to be eligible.
• Percentage: Those candidates who belongs to Rajasthan state must score at least 55% marks in qualifying exam.
• Candidates from outside the Rajasthan state must score at least 60% marks in qualifying exam.
• Subjects: Applying candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at graduation level.

Kota University 2024 Admission Procedure

Kota University 2024 admission procedure is organised to provide admission to the candidates into various courses. Those candidates who have appeared in National/ State level entrance exam will be eligible for admission.

The admission will also be provided on the basis of merit list. Various rounds such as registration form, fee payment, entrance exam, personal interview, & counselling will be organised. Candidates will have to participate in counselling procedure through online mode.

Kota University 2024 Entrance Exam

Kota University will conduct its own entrance examination to provide admission into Ph.D and M.Phil. courses. On the basis of CMAT and GATE exams scores, admission will be provided into MBA, M.Tech and MCA courses. The university will also provide the admission based on the merit list.

Candidates will have to score higher in the exam to get selected for the admission procedure. examination will be conducted through online mode. To appear in the entrance exam, candidates will have to submit the application form through online mode.

Kota University 2024 Result/ Merit List

University of Kota will prepare the result through online mode only. It will be released in the fourth week of August 2024. Candidates will have to visit the website of Kota university to download the result. Login credentials such as name, date of birth and password will be required to access the result.

The university will also prepare the merit list to shortlist the candidates. Merit list will be published through online mode for qualified candidates. It will be released separately for different courses.  those candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will be invited to participate in counselling procedure.

Kota University 2024 Counselling

University of Kota, Rajasthan will organise a counselling process through online mode only. Those selected candidates in the merit list will be invited to participate in counselling procedure. It will be started from the last week of September 2024. In counselling session, the seats will be allocated to the shortlisted candidates.

The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the performance in entrance exam & merit list. Candidates will have to report to the centre to confirm their admission. Original documents will also be required to carry at the time of report for verification. After verifying the documents, the admission will be provided to the candidates.
