MICAT 2024 Result date has been revised. It will be now released on 19th February 2024. Result has been released on 21st December 2023 for Phase I. MICAT (Mudra Institute of Communication Admission Test) is a university level entrance test. Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad (MICA) is the conducting authority of MICAT. MICAT I 2024 Score Card has been released on 21st December 2023. Click here to get score card.
The result for MICAT 2024 is released two times a year through online mode. Candidates can get their result after the exam & PI and GD round. MICAT 1 Result has been declared on 21st December 2023 and for MICAT 2 result will be announced on 15th February 2024.
Result of MICAT 2024 has been released in the form of a scorecard. Candidates who successfully qualified entrance exam and GD, PI rounds are able to get their result.
Final result will be declared in the February 2024. Candidates will be selected for GD/PI rounds on the basis of scores obtained in entrance examination. Admission of aspirants will be completely based on overall performances in examination and GD/PI round.

How to Download MICAT 2024 Result

- After clicking on the link, login dashboard will open on a screen.
- Fill basic login details i.e., user ID and password.
- Click on the “Submit” tab

- Print hardcopy of result to keep it safe till admission.
MICAT 2024 Score Card
MICAT 2024 Score card is released along with result. Result is displayed as a scorecard on a screen which contains marks, percentage, qualifying status etc. Score card is out through online mode.
Candidates need login details such as user ID and password to get result. Admission of aspirants in MICAT depends on performances in examination and PI/GD rounds. Only those applicants are able to take part in GD and PI round who secure eligible marks for admission.

MICAT 2024 Merit List
MICAT 2024 Merit List is released after the result. Candidates who have qualified entrance examination are able to take part in GD and PI rounds.
Merit List contain names of aspirants who successfully qualified all rounds of the admission. Only those applicants are able to get admission in MICA who have successfully qualified GD and PI rounds after examination.
Conducting authority will only call those candidates whose name will be mentioned on a merit list. According to the scores and ranks, name of applicants will be mentioned on the merit list.
MICAT 2024 Result Tie-Breaking Criteria
Below we have discussed tie breaking criteria for the MICAT 2024:
- Candidates older in age will be considered first priority if any two candidates obtained the same marks.
- Applicants with less negative marking will be given preference to get listed in the merit list.
MICAT 2024 Cut Off
Cut off is a minimum mark that aspirants have to secure in the entrance examination to qualify it. Any aspirants who have obtained equal or above cut off marks will be able to get admission in MICA. Candidates will face complete rejection if they score less than cut off.
Candidates will be able to participate in the group discussion and personal interview only when they obtain cut off marks. Authority will call the qualified candidates to provide admission in PGDM/PGDMC courses.
MICAT 2024 Counselling
MICAT 2024 Counselling will be started in the first week of April 2024. Authority will give admission to those aspirants who have appeared in counselling sessions with original documents.
Candidates those will successfully qualify entrance examination will be able to take part in a counseling session. Aspirants must not forget to bring valid and original documents on the day of counseling.
