Exam Dates have been announced. Examination is conducted by the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS). This is a national level entrance examination conducted for admission into UG & PG nursing courses. Through this exam, candidates can get admission in B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Sc. Candidates must check the details about AIIMS Nursing 2024 Application Form in the steps given below:

• Registration form has been made available through online mode, any offline facility is entertained.
• Candidates can fill their application form from 5th March 2024 (Basic Registration).
• All the aspirants are advised to read all the instructions given on the information bulletin before applying.

How to Apply for AIIMS Nursing 2024

• Step 1: Go through the official website (link is provided above).
• Step 2: Registration process can be done in two steps i.e. basic registration & final registration.
• Step 3: For basic registration enter your basic details i.e. name, email address, date of birth etc.
• Step 4: A unique code is sent to the registered email, now login using your unique ID.
• Step 5: Fill your qualifications, address and other personal details in the application form, also choose the examination centre preferences.
• Step 6: Upload your documents in the specific format i.e. photograph, signature & other certificates.
• Step 7: Submit application fee via online mode.
• Step 8: Verify & cross check all the details filled and take printout of the registration form.

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Eligibility

Candidates must go through the below mentioned eligibility criteria before applying for the AIIMS Nursing 2024 exam:

For B.Sc. (Hons.):

• Nationality: Only Indian national candidates are eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: Candidates must have completed the age of 17 year as on 31st December 2024 (Candidates was born on or after 2nd January 2008 will not be eligible).
• Gender: Only female candidates are able to apply.
• Qualifications: Candidates must pass 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognised board.
• Marks & Subjects: Candidates have obtained 55% aggregate marks (General/ OBC-NCL/EWS) & 50% aggregate marks (SC/ST) in PCB & English subjects.
• Appearing: Candidates those appearing in 12th class are also eligible to apply.

For B.Sc. (Post Basic):

• Qualifications: Candidates must pass 12th level exam from any recognized board or university.
• Candidates who have passed 10+1 on or before 1987 will also be eligible.
• Diploma: Candidates having diploma in general nursing & midwifery will be eligible.
• Registration: Candidates must have registered as nurse, RS, RN with any state nursing council.
• In case of male nurse, must be registered as a nurse and must have a certificate in general nursing, instead of train ing in midwifery, training in any nursing subject for 6 months.

For M.Sc. Nursing:

• Qualifications: Candidates must have bachelor’s degree in nursing (post certificate, B.Sc. post basic nursing, 4 years B.Sc. nursing, B.Sc. (Hons.) nursing) or its equivalent from any recognised institute.
• Marks Criteria: One should obtained minimum of 60% marks (general/ OBC-NCL/EWS) & 55% marks (for SC/ST).

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam: Examination for UG & PG nursing will be held through online mode.
• Language of Paper: Examination will be conducted in English language only.
• Number of Questions: Total 90 questions will be available in question paper.
• Type of Questions: Multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.
• Duration: B.Sc. nursing exam will be held in 2 hours duration & for B.Sc. post basic & M.Sc. nursing 90 minutes will be provided.
• Marking Scheme: One marks will be awarded for each correct response.

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Syllabus

AIIMS Nursing 2024 syllabus is prepared based on the subjects i.e. physics, general knowledge, chemistry, biology etc. Students must prepare for post basic nursing from the fundamental of nursing, physiology and pharmacology, medical surgical nursing including anatomy, paediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing subjects.

There is no syllabus prescribed by the institute for B.sc. Hons. Nursing, B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing & M.Sc. Nursing course.

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Admit Card

AIIMS Nursing 2024 admit card will be released on the website through online mode. It will be made available from 31st May for B.Sc. (Hons.) nursing & on 14th June 2024 for post basic nursing. For M.Sc. nursing admit card will be released on 8th June 2024.

Candidates will be able to get their admit card through login details i.e. application number or date of birth. No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall without a valid hall ticket, ID proof & one photograph. Candidates are also advised to not bring any kind of electric devices i.e. smart watch, mobile, digital diaries etc.

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Result

AIIMS Nursing 2024 result will be declared on 18th June 2024 for B.Sc. (Hons.) & on 28th June 2024 for B.Sc. (post basic) nursing. It will be declared through online mode. Result will be declared through candidates portal. For M.Sc. nursing courses, result will be announced on 25th June 2024.

Candidates those have appearing in the examination, will only be able to get their results. Result will contain details i.e. name of the candidates, marks obtained, total marks, subject wise marks etc.

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Cut Off

Cut off will be released by the authority after few days of the exam. It will be released through online mode on the website. Authority will release cut off separately for all categories. Cut off will be the minimum marks that candidates have to obtain in the exam.

Candidates who will secure more than prescribed AIIMS Nursing 2024 cut off marks, will only be eligible for further procedure. Cut off marks will be set by the authority. Based on the cut off marks, candidates will be called for the admission procedure.

AIIMS Nursing 2024 Counselling

AIIMS Nursing 2024 counselling will be the final step for admission. In the counselling, seat allotment & document verification process will be done. Seat allotment process will be done on the basis of merit list of the marks secured by the candidates in entrance examination.

Seat allotment for M.Sc. courses shall be done in online/ offline mode. Candidates will also be able to change the institutes and subjects in all round of allotment. Candidates will need to confirm their seats after the allotment and will have to go through the biometric verification at the day of admission.
